Mr. Hosea Kimutai Kili is an executive professional with over 20 yearsโ leadership experience in the public sector. Mr. Kili is the current Group Managing Director and CEO of CPF Financial Services Ltd in Nairobi, Kenya, one of the largest retirement benefits schemes and related services provider in the country. He has also served as Managing Trustee/CEO of Local Authorities Pension Trust (LAPTRUST) and Deputy General Manager.
Previously, Mr. Kili has served as the Company Secretary and Human Resources Manager for the National Oil Corporation of Kenya (NOCK) where he was part of the team that transformed the state corporation from a failing entity to a profitable public endeavor
Mr. Kili has been conferred the Order of the Grand Warrior, a State Commendation by the President of Kenya in 2011 for exemplary service. He has also been conferred two (2) CEO of the Year awards by the Kenya Institute of Management, Leadership award by ECASSA, He was also recognized as the Personality of the Year at the 2017 Pension Awards that sought to award excellence in innovation and service provision to improve the outcomes of both pension funds as well as members. He was also recognized as the 2nd Runners up in the โCEO of the Yearโ category during the 2017 Champions of Governance Awards.
